Dear dozen of readers,
Thanks for putting up with my nonsense!
A little further nonsense...
ps: Please, do not shop until 9:00 am tomorrow. The other half of this Black Friday/Thursday nonsense is that the fucking stores will be packed - we have to stop.
UPDATE:
I would be very thankful if someone were to locate a man named Dom Capers. He is, or better be, the former defensive coordinator for the Green Bay Packers. When you find him, beat his ass in a humorous way. Drop a safe on him. Tie him to a train track. Both. I'm not partial.
Thanks,
paleo
Happy Happieeeeeeeeeee!!

ReplyDeletehis first season in GB, the defense seemed to improve. Based on the last couple of seasons, i think we need to revisit the causes of that.
Zombro: "but he's been coaching defenses in the NFL for 40 years."
Zombie "Then there's really no excuse for him not knowing what the fuck he is doing, is there?"
TOTALLY overrated. His rank incompetence has been obscured, till now, by an offense that keeps his defense from playing.
I've been yelling at defenses on teh telebision for 40 years - I shouldn't be coaching either!
DeleteIts more than just AR, though - Flynn might be a touch more mobile, if not as eager to move, and Rodgers would have gotten killed yesterday, the O Line has died.
What we get with AR is that amazing play-action, opening up the running game, and keeping the D off the field, but we still need blocking and that is toast. Christ that was disgustion. I don't know if it's the players (esp. the D Backfield) as much as the scheme, but that was fucking horrendous.
Troy Aikman is still obviously feeling the effects of the thirty or forty concussions.
The offensive line says, "hey, if the defense doesn't have to play, why should we?"
ReplyDeleteMcCarthy may have a total breakdown on his hands.
Joy.
DeleteThrow someone to the wolves, ideally Capers, put Greene in as Def Coor, at least get some energy.
